Who We Are
Baines Care Ltd was established with a simple but powerful mission: enabling people to live independently at home with dignity, receiving the expert care they deserve.
We recognised significant gaps in home care provision across Medway and Kent—most agencies unable to support complex clinical needs, language barriers isolating ethnic minority communities, lack of specialist training beyond basic care, and one-size-fits-all approaches ignoring individual needs.
We envisioned something different: a care provider that invests in advanced specialist training, employs truly multilingual and culturally competent carers, provides hospital-level clinical care at home, treats every client as a unique individual, and puts quality and dignity before profit.
